Hat (used to be mine, but it looks better on her :-))

As you can see she wears tunics most of the time. They are easy to combine with tee's and leggings when the weather gets colder. I usually buy her leggings at H&M because they are really cheap and they come in many different colors.

Dark grey cardigan (By Ti-Mo) and dark green underdress with lace (Kaffe). I just love Scandinavian brands.
The necklace and bracelet (by me) contain glass beads from an old necklace (my husband's grandmother's).

By the way....did you see what Máxima wore yesterday? 
Oh, that blue dress! I spent most of the day in front 
of the tv.

What I wore Wednesday March 13, 2013

 I missed What I wore Wednesday!

The weather was rather dark for taking good photos, 

but the real reason is that I gained 4-5 kg

and I'm really feeling unhappy about it

(they are around my belly, in case you don't see them :- (( )

Tomorrow in a month, my daughter will be 

celebrating her First Holy Communion and I want 

to lose 3 kg at least until then. 

I cannot stay away from chocolate.

I combined my blue cardigan from Cassis with a new 

underdress from Cream (love the color).

Tights from Noa Noa and boots from Caprice.

The purse is from Phynes Paris.
I bought it for a party a couple years ago
(it is too small to hold my wallet).

 

My daughter wears a dress from Bengh.

We liked it so much that we bought the

 same dress in pink as well. 

She looks great in any color

with her beautiful brown skin.

The days have been so rainy and grey lately,

not a chance to take pictures for WIWW. 

 

But at 2.00 pm, the sun came out

a little bit, just enough to ran upstairs,

check my hair, put on my

 boots and take a picture.

Cardigan: Garden (bought in the supermarket)

Tights: H&M

Suede boots: Gabor

 

The bracelet and the earrings were made by me.

This is one of my favorite colors.

 

A couple of weeks ago I bought

these fabric buttons here.

I had the idea of using them as

brooches to pimp up my loop scarf.

 

They come with pins so it is easy to change them

and match the color of the outfit you're wearing.

Hmm, not bad!

What I wore Wednesday!

 

 

I hadn't worn this cardigan for years,

I am not even sure why not.

Perhaps of the pattern with holes,

too cold in winter and too warm in summer.

I bought the necklace in Holland, long before I bought the underdress and I was really happy

to find out that they are exactly the same color.

WIWW!  

I don't wear colors like this very often, but I love the color of this cardigan (Cassis). I am hoping to find a matching handbag somewhere. I am combining the cardigan with a simple black sleeveless summer dress (?) and black suede boots (Caprice).

The earrings (Swarovski crystals ~ handmade by me).

My parents didn't allow me to pierce my ears when I was young, so I had to wait until I got a job and earned my own money. I am a.l.w.a.y.s wearing earrings. Because I make these myself, I really have them in every possible color.

Did you ever buy the same pair of shoes twice?

I did! For the first time.

I have these dark grey boots also in beige 

and I wore them all the time last year,

in- and outside the house.

They are really warm and I love the Scandinavian touch.

But after a long winter in our rural village they didn't look so good anymore.

I waited till they were on sale and bought a second pair of both colors.

 

 

The necklace was a Christmas gift from my husband last year.

What I wore Wednesday 09/26/2012





Another WIWW at The Pleated Poppy today.

It's that time of year when the Autumn wardrobe beckons! 

 

 

This is my favorite style: a dress/tunic with high boots. I don't wear heels at home but I try to put on a pair of boots with high heels when I leave the house. The dress is brandless and the boots are from Caprice. 

 

And this is my daughter who also wanted to participate this week. She wears a pink tunic from Isla Ibiza. We both love this brand. I bought it on sale last year. It looks like she is wearing an underdress, but it is actually one piece.

 

 

The cardigan and the underdress are from Cream. Brandless light grey leggings and my black Caprice boots again.

My husband bought this necklace for me in Marrakesh.

 

 

I think this one is from Cassis, a Belgian brand. It cost a couple of euros and I wear it all the time because it goes with everything.
