I love using baskets to make my place less messy. I have them everywhere around the house.
These pack baskets, bought in an American store in Germany, are the first thing you see when entering the house by the front door. Behind the wooden frames is a radiator. When the children come home from school, they just throw their gloves, scarves, ballet shoes, jumping ropes, balls and hats in the baskets. And because they are attached to the radiators, their stuff gets nicely warm and dry. I really helps a lot to keep my hallway tidy.
